About Treeline Well Services Inc.

Our corporate office is located in Calgary, Alberta. Our field base of operations is located in Onoway, Alberta. This location positions us to competitively perform work in the Edmonton, Edson, Drayton Valley, Athabasca and the Whitecourt corridor. We also have a satellite office located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

History

Treeline Well Services Inc. began constructing new service rigs in the summer of 1997 to meet a demand for the increased activity levels being experienced in Western Canada.

Treeline decided to build a company using a focused approach, and by 1999 we were operating four service rigs.

It has been Treeline’s operating philosophy to manage growth around its people at a firm and steady pace. From the years 2000 to 2005, Treeline added to its fleet by constructing one service rig per year. This enabled us to maintain high standards with respect to our crews and quality equipment.

Future Plans

At Treeline we will continue to grow at a manageable pace. We will not sacrifice our reputation and the quality of our crews and equipment in pursuit of growth.

When we establish a long term need for additional services, we will assemble the people and the equipment required to fill the need without compromising our high expectations for customer satisfaction.
